IVY ARTS YOUTH PRESENTS...SUMMER HOLIDAY. Based on the 1963 film starring Cliff Richard!
The hugely talented Ivy Arts Youth presents the smash-hit all-singing, all-dancing 1960’s classic ‘Summer Holiday!’ The show, based on the iconic 1963 film, is jam- packed full of hit song after hit song made famous by Cliff and The Shadows. Songs include ‘Batchelor Boy’, ‘Living Doll’, ‘On The Beach’ and ‘The Young Ones’. The musical tells the story of a group of teenagers, led by Don and his fellow London Transport mechanic friends, as they take a London bus to Europe. Summer Holiday brings laughter and fun to the stage in the happiest musical around! Ivy Youth is based in Clifton comprising highly talented auditioned teenagers from across Bristol. The Ivy Youth shows have a fantastic reputation for quality and professionalism with many of the cast graduating to London based theatre and dance schools. With a live 7-piece professional band every audience is promised a terrific night’s entertainment! We promise you a warm welcome and we hope to see you there!
