Get ready for a night of fun and laughter to raise funds for bereaved children and their families.

Grief Encounter is hosting it’s first ever comedy night in Bristol, at The Redgrave Theatre, Bristol. Join us on Monday, 13th November, in aid of bereaved children and young people, to laugh, remember and raise vital funds. At Grief Encounter, the power of positive grief is second to none. We believe in giving permission to children to laugh again, and live again, with their grief. Just like Serena.

“I loved my Dad’s jokes, he used to make me laugh all the time, especially when I was little. When he died, I didn’t feel like it was ok to laugh anymore. But then Grief Encounter showed me I was allowed to remember the fun we had, the jokes he told and to laugh again, while remembering him.” Serena, aged 11

Grief Encounter offer free, accessible, and professional support following the death of a parent, sibling, or someone close. 100% of Ticket sales from this fabulous event will go towards supporting bereaved children, young people, and their families when they need it most.

Scott Bennett, headliner of established clubs including; The Comedy Store, Glee, Just the Tonic, Ten Feet Tall, and many more. We are also delighted to welcome Marc Olver, stand-up comedian, host and TV warm up. As well as Aurie Styla, an award-winning comedian, actor and writer from London, UK."
