Frederic has spent his formative years as a junior pirate and plans to mark his 21st birthday by breaking free from the Pirate King and beginning his courtship of Mabel. But because he was born in a leap year Frederic isn't technically 21 at all, and the Pirate King is still his master. Although very much in love, his dedication to duty is unshakeable. Can he find a way to live happily-ever-after with Mabel?
