The award-winning Kendal Mountain Festival is delighted to announce an exciting all new UK TOUR for 2017 featuring a series of mini Festivals that bring to you the spirit and excitement of this great event!
With an evening packed full of our best-loved films, awe-inspiring talks from some of the world’s most impressive adventurers and previews of the latest outdoor gear from our sponsors - join us for fun and inspiration and celebrate our shared love of the outdoors.
Our night in Bristol will be a night of two halves: the film Tupendeo tells the story of mountaineer Jonathan Bamber and the mystery on Tupendeo, an unclimbed peak in the Indian Himalaya. See the film first, then ask Jonathan your questions.
Then, ex-pro mountain biker, long distance bike packer, one of the founders of The Adventure Syndicate, founder of Cycletherapy, Lee Craigie, inspires all with her epic feats of endurance.
As well as hearing from Jonathan and Lee, we'll also be showing a selection of the best adventure films from around the world: be amazed by watching Johanna, the Finnish freediver who dives under the ice, and Tom Seipp, the fearless young cyclist with an incredible enthusiasm for long journeys on his bike!
