Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or significantly altered. Redgrave Theatre does not offer refunds due to customer error, change of plans, or inability to attend.
If an event’s date, time, or major details are changed, we will notify ticketholders as soon as possible. Options may include an exchange or refund, depending on circumstances.
If an event is cancelled, customers will be offered a refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

1. The prize draw is open to individuals in the UK, aged 18 and over.
2. The prize draw is running until December 2025 and the winner will be selected quarterly.
3. The winner(s) will be selected at random and notified via email. If we are unable to contact the winner by email after three attempts over a period of two weeks, then an alternative winner may be selected.
4. The winner will be entitled to one £25 gift voucher for the Redgrave Theatre website. The £25 gift voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. The Redgrave Theatre reserves the right to modify or cancel the prize draw at any time.
