Welcome to the Redgrave Theatre website. By accessing or using this site, purchasing tickets, or attending events at the Redgrave Theatre, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully, as they outline your rights, responsibilities, and the terms under which our services are provided.

1. General Information

Redgrave Theatre provides ticketing, event information, and venue services to the public. These Terms & Conditions apply to all website users, ticket purchasers, and visitors attending the venue.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or the venue constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

2. Ticket Purchases

2.1 Accuracy of Information

Before completing a purchase, please ensure all event details, dates, times, and seat selections are correct. Redgrave Theatre cannot be held responsible for errors made during the booking process.

2.2 Payment

All ticket payments must be made in full at the time of booking. We accept major debit and credit cards and other payment methods as displayed on our checkout.

2.3 Booking Fees

Some bookings may include handling or transaction fees. These will be clearly displayed before checkout.

2.4 Confirmation

Once your purchase is completed, you will receive a booking confirmation email. You are responsible for ensuring the contact information you provide is accurate.

3. Cancellations, Refunds & Exchanges

3.1 Cancellations by the Customer

Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or significantly altered. Redgrave Theatre does not offer refunds due to customer error, change of plans, or inability to attend.

3.2 Event Changes

If an event’s date, time, or major details are changed, we will notify ticketholders as soon as possible. Options may include an exchange or refund, depending on circumstances.

3.3 Event Cancellation

If an event is cancelled, customers will be offered a refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Venue Admission

4.1 Entry Requirements

Entry may be refused if:

• You arrive late (admission may be delayed until an appropriate pause in the performance)
• You appear to be intoxicated or behaving inappropriately
• You fail to comply with safety or security measures

4.2 Age Restrictions

Some performances may have age guidance or restrictions. This information will be displayed on event pages.

4.3 Personal Belongings

Customers are responsible for their own belongings. The theatre accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage.

_{Ticket Terms and Conditions}

1. Tickets are sold by the visiting production company. The Redgrave Theatre (a trading name of Clifton College Services Limited) acts solely as an agent.

2. All ticket sales are final at the time of purchase. Ticket prices may change before a performance if a promotion is introduced during the on-sale period. No partial refunds, credits, or compensation will be provided.

3. Refunds/credits are only issued in the event of a performance cancellation. The refunded amount will be for the face value of the ticket only. 

4. Ticket exchanges, where possible, will incur a handling fee. Exchanges can only be made for another performance of the same production. 

5. Tickets may not be resold through any third party platforms. Any tickets found to have been resold externally will be void, and admission will be denied.

6. All tickets will be scanned before entry into the auditorium. 

7. Use of the accessible entrance is only permitted with a member of theatre staff. 

8. Latecomers will be admitted at a suitable break in the performance and seated in an alternative location, when necessary. The accessible entrance is unable to be used once a performance has started. 

9. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

10. We reserve the right to reallocate seats. The box office will make every effort to inform customers of any changes in advance.

11. Admission may be refused, or you may be asked to leave, if your behavior breaches the theatre’s code of conduct. The code of conduct is available on our website.

12. The unauthorised use of cameras, sound or film equipment is strictly prohibited.

Survey Prize Draw - Terms & Conditions

1. The prize draw is open to individuals in the UK, aged 18 and over. 

2. The prize draw is running until December 2025 and the winner will be selected quarterly. 

3. The winner(s) will be selected at random and notified via email. If we are unable to contact the winner by email after three attempts over a period of two weeks, then an alternative winner may be selected.

4. The winner will be entitled to one £25 gift voucher for the Redgrave Theatre website. The £25 gift voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. 

5. The Redgrave Theatre reserves the right to modify or cancel the prize draw at any time.
